Criminal Law İn The Global Risk Society

Hans–Heinrich Jescheck, this multilingual volume presents the lectures delivered at the colloquium held in his honour on September 27–29, 2009. The contributions, which focus on the criminal law challenges facing today's global risk society, showcase the Europeanization of criminal law and the European Convention on Human Rights.
