Osmanlı Matematik Literatürü Tarihi (2 Cilt)

Two new volumes have been published within the framework of IRCICA's research project on the History of Science in the Muslim World. Following the first two volumes entitled History of Ottoman Astronomical Literaturepublishedin 1997, these two aredevotedto the History of Ottoman Mathematical Literature. This publication resulted from more than a decade's research in the framework of IRCICA's large-scale project aimed at recording and highlighting Muslim scientists' contributions to scientific advancements during the past centuries. This two-volume compendium on the history of mathematical literature contains a foreword, an introduction, the main part, a bibliography and indices.
